How to Protect Your Cell Phone Records

Due to new legislation in many states and pending legislation at the federal level it may be illegal for you to request phone records without the consent of the account holder. All Phone record searches (Cell and Land Line) were discontinued back in early January.

If you want to tell the FCC why you need access to this information you we suggest you complete this form.
Tell them you need these searches to find criminals, stop insurance fraud, find runaway children and dead beat debtors, among many others. Without your voice strict laws will be passed prohibiting investigators from obtaining this information.
