If the cell phone is a prepaid phone the user might have been out of minutes previously. If the number has been reassigned since disconnected the investigator will return the billing address on file for the current party unless you specify the month and year for the research. If the cell phone was disconnected due to an unpaid balance the investigator may be unable to locate the information until the outstanding charges are paid. |
