This is a Bank account search and investment account search. Bank account searches can be used to collect judgments, child support, bad debts, or even to verify if someone actually has a bank account or investment account.
Investigators will search for Bank Accounts (Checking or Savings accounts) and Investment accounts (stocks, bonds, commodities, mutual funds).
The investigator will provide enough information for a judgment holder to levy accounts. Judgment holders simply need to serve the bank with the levy, note that account information is not required to perfect the judgment.
